Complete cleaning requires specific nozzle design. This includes the nozzle location, spray pattern flow rate and spray droplet characteristics. We match appropriately calibrated cleaning nozzles to your specific engine’s make and model specifications.
Our online and offline nozzles vary according to the optimal flow rate and operating pressure for cleaning each and every different engine in your inventory.
We craft our nozzles from 300 series stainless steel and connect them using flexible stainless steel hoses to keep vibration effects to an absolute minimum.

Our “last chance” inline filters/strainers keep nozzle orifices contaminant free.
You can replace all filter elements during operation, no shut-down required.
Internal pressure gauges facilitate visual inspection of flow characteristics. You can remove our spray nozzles independently, one at a time for inspection and routine maintenance.
We use stainless braid, Teflon-lined flex hose into our spray rings:
